The property is located in Lierna, on the eastern shore of Lake Como, in a well-serviced area just a short walk from the beautiful Riva Bianca beach and the train station. The accommodation features a living room, a kitchen, a patio, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (including a half bath), a small balcony, and two terraces.

- Living room with sofa, dining table, and 42" Smart TV. Eat-in kitchen equipped with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM
- One bedroom with a double bed and two clothes racks. Second bedroom with a single bed, a clothes rack, and a hanging niche. Third bedroom with two single beds (can be joined to form a double bed), a clothes rack, and a hanging niche.
BATH
- With shower box, sink, bidet, and toilet.
EXTERNAL SERVICES
- One small balcony and two terraces.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, portable fans, washer-dryer (on the ground floor), high chair and baby crib, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.
PARKING
- Guests will also have access to a reserved, uncovered parking space enclosed by a gate, located on Via Ducale 14, approximately a 7-minute walk from the property.
Apartment rules
- 7 days before your arrival, you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. A tourist tax applies for the first 7 days of your stay. The amount is €1 per person per day. Disabled guests and children under the age of 14 are exempt. This procedure is required to verify your details and documents and to submit the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web", which is the official Italian system for registering guests. - To ensure faster and more efficient communication with the host, please use SMS or WhatsApp instead of phone calls.
- Check-ins after 8:00 PM are not allowed, even for an additional fee.
- There are stairs inside the accommodation to access the upper floors; please be cautious if traveling with children.
- The property does NOT have air conditioning.
- The villa is located in a pedestrian area and is therefore NOT accessible by vehicle.
