  • With kitchenette (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, electric mocha, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, cooking utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, 42" TV, split A/C and access to terrace.

  • With shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.

Apartment rules

  1. 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. There is a fee for the sojourn tax for the first 7 days. The amount is €0.90 per person per day. Handicapped persons and children under the age of 14 are exempt. This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.   2. Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 No. 74). Summer, the average air temperatures must not be less than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

  3. A tourist tax is charged for the first 7 days. The amount is €0.90 per person per day. Handicapped persons and children under the age of 14 are exempt.

  4. Please note that assistance with any problems related to self check-in is possible until 9:30 p.m.: after this time, assistance is not guaranteed even by phone.

  5. The pool is accessible to a maximum of four people, is shared, and it is NOT possible to invite outside guests. Diving is prohibited. There is no lifeguard, children must be supervised by an adult at all times, it can be used from June 1 to September 15 (depending on weather conditions), from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Pool towels must be requested at the time of booking and cost 5 Euro each.

  6. No noise (live or recorded) is not allowed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
